ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 14, 2012, the Company had applied to Registrar of Companies, Gujarat seeking extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting by the Company.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Registrar of Companies, Gujarat vide its letter has granted extension of time for three months for holding of Meeting by the Company upto December 31, 2012.
