| ORGANIC COATINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the 14th November, 2022 for considering inter alia unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
