| ORGANIC COATINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the 12th February, 2024 for considering inter alia unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. Please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed from 1st January, 2024 up to 13th February, 2024.
