| <BR> 1. approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022. We attach herewith a copy of the approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review report of the Auditors. A copy of the Press Release issued in this regard is also attached herewith.<BR> <BR> 2. declared an interim dividend of Rs.7/- per equity share of face value of Re.10/- each for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and fixed the Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend as 18th November 2022, and dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or from 28th November 2022.<BR> <BR> 3. approved the appointment of Nominee of LIC, Mr. Sanjay Verma as a Nominee Director in place of Ms. Kiran Sahdev, who has resigned earlier.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced on 11.35 A.M. and concluded on 1.10 P.M. <BR> | |
