Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today (October 19, 2021) approved the following:-<BR> <BR> Re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Ranjan (DIN: 00887569) as Managing Director and CEO of the Company for a further term of 3 years with effect from November 11, 2021 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee which will be subject to approval of the members of the Company. Brief profile of Mr. Pramod Ranjan is provided as an Annexure. <BR> <BR> It is affirmed that Mr. Pramod Ranjan is not debarred from holding the office of Director/ Managing Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.<BR>
