In terms of SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018, We hereby state that as on 31st March, 2020, we do not have -&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1.Debt securities or non-convertible redeemable preference share, listed on a recognized stock exchange(s) in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2.An outstanding long term borrowing of Rs. 100 Crores or above as mentioned in the circular; and&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 3.Any credit rating of AA and above.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Therefore, on the basis of the above mentioned points, we hereby confirm that we are not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria given under the circular.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Kindly take the submission on records and acknowledge the same.&lt;BR&gt;
