In pursuant to OBCL''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 and in reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Letter Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the "Trading Window" for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and specified connected persons from Friday, 01st July, 2022 and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
