Pursuant to the Scheme of Demerger which is becoming effective on 30th November 2020, the Raila Investment Undertaking of Raila inter alia comprising of 25,80,441 (Twenty-five Lacs Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Forty-one Eight) equity shares owned and held in Ortel Communications Limited have been transferred to and vested in favor of UMSL and immediately thereafter the UMSL Investment Undertaking of UMSL inter alia comprising of 25,80,441 (Twenty-five Lacs Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Forty-one Eight) equity shares owned and held in Ortel Communications Limited have been transferred to and vested in favor of BP Developers Private Ltd.
