OSCAR GLOBAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th October, 2023, to consider and approve inter alia the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended on 30th September, 2023. As intimated in our letter dated 29th September, 2023 for the purpose as above and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed upto close of business hours of 31st October, 2023 and will reopen on 1st November, 2023.
