| OSWAL AGRO MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 6, 2020.<BR> <BR> In this connection, please refer to our letter dated September 30, 2020 wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments made thereunder, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons of the Company since Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Further the trading window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results i.e. November 8, 2020 (inclusive). | |
