We respectfully submit that as the company falls under the criteria as specified under the Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the paid up equity share capital and the Net Worth of the company is below Rs. 10 crore and Rs. 25 crore respectively as on the last date of previous financial year. The company is exempted from submitting the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31st March, 2024 to the stock exchange.
