Please note that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench (NCLT') has, on March 2, 2017, approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Limited, The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited, Palash Securities Limited, Allahabad Canning Limited, Ganges Securities Limited, Cinnatolliah Tea Limited, Vaishali Sugar & Energy Limited, Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited and Avadh Sugar & Energy Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The Company is in the process of obtaining the certified copy of the Order of approval of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, to be filed with the Hon'ble Registrar of Companies, Kanpur and Nainital (ROC').
