Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 7th November 2020 inter alia, approved the following<BR> <BR> (1) The Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Audit Committee approved the appointment of M/s Dharit Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 137728W) as statutory auditors of the Company with effect from 7th November 2020 to fill the casual vacancy, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith.
