As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 read with its schedule B and in respect of Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, it is hereby intimated that, the "Trading window'' of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Saturday 1st April, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the company to the stock exchanges for the Year ended on March 31, 2023.
