Appointment of Mr. Raghav Gujral as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) w.e.f 31st December, 2022. 2. Appointment of Mr. Paras Nath Verma as an Additional Director (Executive) w.e.f 31st December, 2022. 3. Appointment of Mrs. Promila Sharma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) w.e.f 31st December, 2022 for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting. 4. Appointment of Mr. Luv Sharma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) w.e.f 31st December, 2022 for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting.
