Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Jai Kumar Gupta (DIN: 00530513) who was re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from 30th September, 2019 to 29th September, 2024 has conveyed to the Board that due to personal reasons, he would be unable to continue as Director on the Board of the Company post completion of his term as Independent Director with effect from February 17, 2021.<BR> <BR> Hence, Mr. Jai Kumar Gupta shall cease to be an Independent Director of the Company from February 17, 2021.<BR> <BR> Request you to take the above on your records.<BR>
