| This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI the corporate resolution process CIRP was initiated by NCLT with effect from 22.04.2024 and the undersigned as appointed as IRP, subsequently in the 1st COC meeting held on 14.05.2024, the IRP was apppointed as RP for corporate debtor. The RP published Form G to invite expression of Interest from Prospective resoultion applicants on 23.05.2024 where last date for submission was notified as 27.07.2024 . Thereafter upon request of PRA for extension of submission of resolution plan , the 4 th COC meeting held on 27.07.2024 with 100% yes vote share decided to extend the timeline for submission of resolution plan for all the PRA''s whose name is included in the final list which shifted the last date for resoultion plan to 03.08.2024 With reference to captioned subject the 5th COC Meeting in the matter of PAE Limited to be held on Monday 5 th August 2024 at 11.00.AM thru Video Conferencing. | |
