| This is to inform you that pursunat to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations 2015 the CIRP of PAE Limited and has been initiated by virtue of the order by NCLT with effect from 22.04.2024 and the undersigned has been appointed as IRP, subsequently in the 1st COC Meeting held on 14.05.2024 the IRP was appointed as RP for the Corporate Debtor. The RP in the 5th COC Meeting held on 05.08.2024 had invited all the Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRA''s) during the COC Meeting and open thier repsective reolution plans (both digital and hardcop where available) in front of COC members. In the forthcoming COC meeting, the RP would invite each of the prospective resolution applicants, who have submitted thier resolution plan to deliberate thier resolution plans.
