| This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations 2015 the CIRP of PAE Limited corporate debtor had been initiated by virtue of Honarable NCLT Mumbai Bench VI with effect from 22.04.2024 The RP in the 5th COC meeting and 6th COC meeting held on 05.08.2024 and 08.08.2024 has invited all PRA''s during the COC meeting and detailed delibration and negotiations were held with each PRA. Further PRA''s were requested to submit password proctected Financial proposal''s in view of the negotiation held with COC members. In order to achieve the indented objective of Maximisation of Value as per IBC 2016 for all stake holders. Now the RP has scheduled the 7th COC meeting in the matter of PAE Limited to be held on Friday 23rd August 2024 at 12 noon thru Video conferencing to invite the prospective resolution applicants and request the COC members to deliberate on the Financial Proposals received by the RP from the PRA''s | |
