| This is to inform you that, pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations 2015 the CIRP process of M/s PAE Limited - Corporate Debtor) having CINL99999MH1950PLC008152 had been initiated by virtue of the order of Hon''ble National company Law Tribunal , Mumbai Bench-VI with effect from 22.04.2024 and the undersigned has been appointed as interim resolution professional "RP" subsequently, in the list COC Meeting held on 14.05.2024, the IRP was appointed as the RP for the Corporate Debtor In the 7th COC Meeting held on 23.08.2024 the RP invited the prospective resolution applicants with the permission of the Id. COC and each of their password-protected financial proposals, which were submitted by EOD 20-08-2024 were deliberated upon with the Id. COC members decided that the agenda cncerning the swiss challenge process would require more detailed consideration.
