The Board of Directors at its meeting held today , i.e. August 14, 2024, recommended to the shareholders for the appointment of M/s Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a period of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing 40th AGM till the conclusion of 45th AGM (in place of retiring auditor, M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP).
