We would like to inform you that pursuant to the Scheme, the Resulting Company in its Board Meeting held on October 06, 2020 has issued and allotted 6,12,50,746 Equity Shares of Re.1 each and 1,63,000 0.5% cumulative non-convertible and non-participating redeemable preference shares of Rs.10/- each to the equity and preference shareholders of the Company, respectively, whose names appeared in the register of members / record of the depositories as a beneficial owner as on the Record Date i.e. September 22, 2020.<BR> <BR> The new Equity Shares issued & allotted by Resulting Company to the shareholders of the Demerged Company in accordance with the Scheme shall be listed and/or admitted to trading on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), subject to requisite approvals of Exchanges/SEBI.
