With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 30, 2020 that Board meeting was re-scheduled for later date to be informed in due course for audited financial results of Q4 & Year ended March 31, 2020 and Trading Window was closed from April 1, 2020 and will remain closed until end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of Q4 & Year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> Further, Notice is hereby given that for the purpose of Q1 FY2020-21 results, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from July 1, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Q1 ending June 30, 2020.<BR> The date of Board Meeting to approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for Q1 FY 2020-21 will be informed in due course.
