This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for 'Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' from Friday, April 01, 2022 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting. The date of Board Meeting for considering the declaration of financial results for the 04th Quarter ended March 31, 2022 shall be communicated to you in due course. Further, the designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
