In term of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received a resignation letter dated 31st January, 2018 from Ms. Soniya Gupte (DIN: 07656329), an Independent Director, conveying her decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company, in view of her other professional commitments.<BR> <BR> Consequent to the resignation she also ceased to be the Member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders Relationship Committee.<BR>
