We hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and as per BSE Circular Rf. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons from 1st July, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2022.
