Panth Infinity Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that Meeting No.2/2024-25 of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 13th August, 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia to transact following main businesses: (i) To consider and approve the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2024 along with the Limited review report; (ii) To alter the object clause of the company; (iii) Any other business with the permission of Chairman.
