| This is in reference to the captioned matter and as per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench ('NCLT') in terms of Section 31(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') via. order dated 12th January, 2021 inter alia: <BR> 1.The entire Paid up, issued and subscribed capital of the Company as at the date of order passed by the NCLT, including Equity Shares listed on the Stock Exchange shall stand cancelled and extinguished without any payout to the shareholders; and<BR> 2.The securities of the Company shall stand delisted from the National Stock exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange ('Stock Exchanges') <BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR> | |
