The Certified True copy of the Order received by IRP on 10/02/2023, Friday late evening, thus CIRP initiated from 11/02/2023 by the IRP As per section 17 of the Code, the powers of the Board of Parenteral Drugs (India) Limited (The CD) stands suspended and such powers shall be vested with Interim Resolution Professional, Kairav Anil Trivedi - Interim Resolution Professional, having IP Registration no.
