| Parle Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/04/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, herewith we wish to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 8th April, 2024 at 4.15 p.m. at the registered office. The Board shall, inter alia, consider and approve the followings: - 1. The reclassification of Promoter into Public Category pursuant to Reclassification request received from PIL Enterprise Private Limited, Promoter Company dated : March 30, 2024 subject to final approval of the Stock Exchange where the equity shares of the Company are listed namely BSE Ltd. 2.
