The Company would like to inform as under:
1. The Company has no such material information / event which is not there in public domain, that is required to be disclosed t the Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 which in our opinion would have a bearing on the captioned volume/price movement of the Scrip.
2. The Company believes that the movement in share price/volume of the Company is purely due to market conditions and market driven and the Company is no way connected with any such movement in price.
