| This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC")/ Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') and Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations read with various Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') in this regard. <BR> <BR> In Compliance with aforesaid Circulars, a Notice has been published in the Newspapers viz. Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) today i.e. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 intimating about the holding of AGM through VC / OAVM only and requesting for registration/updation of e-mail address etc. The copies of the notice published in this regard are also available on the website of the Company at www.parsvnath.com and are enclosed herewith for your records. <BR> | |
