The Exchange has sought clarification from Patel Engineering Ltd with respect to news article appearing on ET Now on December 04, 2014 titled "Patel Engineering to Sell Land in Mumbai for 300 Crore" and the query raised by the Exchange on even date on account of volume variation and reply as received from the Company denied stating, "There is no events/price sensitive information available with the Company..."<BR><BR>The Company is requested to submit its clarification regarding: <BR><BR>1.
