Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 5th April, 2024 the Board of Directors of the Company have today i.e. on 11th April, 2024 by way of circular resolution approved the appointment of Mr. Syed k. Husain (DIN: 03010306) as Additional Independent Director of the company for the period of one year with effect from 11th April, 2024 till 10th April, 2025 subject to the approval of members of company by passing Special Resolution.
