The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 19th June, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. at the Factory (Works) of the Company situated at 805, 806, 807, 810, Rakanpur-382721, Via: Sola Bhadaj Village, Ta. Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar, Gujarat.<BR> <BR> Closure of Trading Window<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and our letter dated 31st March, 2021 to Stock Exchange, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company was closed from 1st April, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021, i.e. upto 22nd June, 2021 for Directors and Employees, Promoters & Promoter Group, Statutory Auditors & all connected persons and their relatives as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
