Patidar Buildcon Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our intimation dated 12th May 2022 regarding Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 20th May, 2022 at the Registered office of the Company for the business of considering inter alia audited financials for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 However, we hereby further inform you that due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that arose, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has now been rescheduled on Monday, 30th May, 2022 at the registered office of the Company. Further, in terms of Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of the Company which is closed from 01st April, 2022 will remain closed up to 01st June, 2022.
