Kindly note tha pursuant to clause 4 the schedule B to the SEBI(prohibition of insider trading) regulations,2015 as well as in terms of code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading dby Designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, notice is hereby given that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 01st april, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audied finacial result for the quater end on 31th march, 2024, (both days dinclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediates relatives the date of board meeting to consider and approve he audited finacial result for quarter ended on 31st march 2024 will be intimated to the stock Exchanges in due course. further the insiders/ designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company duriing the above mened period of closure of trading window
