In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company''s 'Code Of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Of Trading By Designated Persons' under the said SEBI Regulations, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Directors, Designated Persons, connected persons covered under the said code and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, the 30th day of June, 2022 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2022 become generally available information. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
