Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and designated persons, we would like to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for approval and declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2022, will be informed separately in due course.
