we would like to inform you that the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing 0bligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular dated 09th May, 2019, is not applicable to our Company. We would like to state that our company is listed on the SME Exchange Platform of BSE, and pursuant to Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Annual Secretarial Compliance Report referred under Regulation 24A the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with many other regulations as prescribed under Regulation 15 (2), shall not apply to our Company. And being Listed Entity on SME Exchange, our Company is exempted under Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Hence we are not submitting Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
