| The Board of Directors of Pecos Hotels and Pubs Limited (''the Company'') at its meeting held today, i.e.May 05, 2022, inter-alia transacted the following business: Approved the audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year and the financial year ended March 31, 2022. M/s Phillipos & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued auditors' report with an unmodified opinion on the audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the said Results including Balance sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Statement of Cash Flows for the year and statement of assets and liabilities along with the Auditors'' Report is enclosed herewith. The Board meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5.00 p.m. (IST). | |
