Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 10, 2022 at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:15 p.m., inter-alia, considered and approved the proposal of Sub-Division/ Split of existing 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each fully paid up, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and other authorities, if required.
