Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 10, 2022 at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:15 p.m., inter-alia, considered and approved to declared an Interim Dividend of ? 5/- per equity share (i.e. @ 50%) on face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23, to mark the completion of 50 years of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid on or after Monday, September 05, 2022, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, August 19, 2022, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
