In terms of Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Dr. Anant Jhingran (DIN: 05116722) Independent Director of the Company, retired with effect from November 20, 2022. The re-appointment of Dr. Jhingran for the second term was made on November 21, 2017, for a period of 5 years. Accordingly, he retired as an Independent Director with effect from November 20, 2022.
