In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will be closed from Saturday, March 25, 2023, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, to the Stock Exchanges. The Company has already communicated about the said closure to its Promoters, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and employees below 2 levels to the MD and CEO of the Company.
