| PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our earlier intimation as referred above, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and to be continued on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, to consider the audited financial results of the Company along with its subsidiaries for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, and the proposal of declaration of interim dividend, if any for financial year 2024-25. In continuation, the Board will consider the proposal for issuance of the requisite number of equity shares having a face value of INR 5 (Five) each to the ESOP Trust at the aforesaid meeting which would be within the limits as approved by the members at the 31st and 33rd AGM of the Company held in July 2021 and 2023 respectively. Please note that the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. | |
