We hereby inform that the Company has received the requisite approval from MIDC on January 31, 2025 ("Transfer Order"). The Company will take steps to complete the transaction by assigning its unexpired leasehold rights in the Land and transferring its ownership rights in the Buildings, in favour of Zoetis in accordance with the transfer order issued by MIDC.
