The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6th May 2024 have decided to write off the Advances given for property in the Books of Account to the extent of Rs. 5,66,26,088/- as on 31st March 2024 as the same have been forfeited since the company was unable to meet its obligations as per the terms and conditions of the said advances.
