In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, March 22, 2023 has appointed Mr. Raman Uberoi (DIN: 03407353) as Additional Director in capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 22, 2023 for a period of 5 years, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. Information as required under Regulation 30 - Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is annexed herewith as Annexure - A.
