With reference to our disclosure dated February 11, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that PG Technoplast Private Limited (PGTL) - Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company have acquired 100% stake in Next Generation Manufacturers Private Limited (NGM). Consequently, NGM has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of PGTL.
